Microsoft on Friday announced the wider rollout of its Lumia Denim update to a limited number of Lumia handsets to start this month. Additionally, a report claims that the Lumia 930 has started receiving the Lumia Denim update in select markets. The company is a blog post titled "The Lumia Denim Update is coming your way" said, "A wider rollout of Lumia Denim to all Lumia smartphones running Windows Phone 8.1 is expected to begin this month following partner testing and approvals." Austrian scientists have invented a sophisticated laser system that creates a 3D effect without the need for special glasses. It sends laser beams into different directions. Therefore, different pictures are visible from different angles. The angular resolution is so fine that the left eye is presented a different picture than the right one - creating a 3D effect, said researchers from Vienna University of Technology. Compared to a movie screen, the display is very vivid. Therefore, it can be used outdoors, even in bright sunlight.
